Is this guy from a video game? I feel like I've seen a similar character from a fighting game. I'm probably thinking dreamcast and ps1 fighting era. Is this from one of the Street Fighter games?

So this is not MVC 2. This is X-Men vs Street Fighter? I forget if pslocke was in that one. Then at the bottom of the picture you typed hope they don't take us for a ride which is referencing the song in MVC 2. So I'm quite confused. Cool picture anyways. I own MVC and MVC 2 for my Sega Dreamcast. I believe MVC 2 is also available on ps2 but Dreamcast is number 1. I don't know if there's any sprite or any graphics difference between the two. Now I will check a comparison video on youtube.

Which came first? Super Sonic or Super Saiyan? I want to say Super Saiyan but I am unsure how far back DBZ goes but I thought DBZ started right after Dragon Ball 80's so probably late 80s and early 90s. That would have been right before Super Sonic. Super Sonic was introduced in what 1991 or 1992 in Sonic 2?
